Our department is made up from five different teams:
The Resourcing team is the first point of contact for applicants wishing to join our company, and their aim is to recruit from a diverse range of candidates who exhibit our values.
HR Business Partners
The HR Business Partners team provides support, independent advice and guidance to our colleagues in order to maintain a harmonious and enjoyable working environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The Compensation and Benefits team ensures that our colleagues will feel appreciated and valued for their hard work by putting in place benefits packages which are highly attractive and rewarding.
Learning and Development
The Learning and Development team aims to provide every colleague with learning opportunities, which will allow them to expand their knowledge and skills in order to reach their full potential.
The Safety team ensures that colleagues and contractors adhere to health safety standard and comply with statutory health and safety legal requirements.
By working closely with the various departments, the team can maintain assurance levels and mitigate against the risk of hazards to the operation of the railway.
