Salary: £26,126 initial, progressing to £30,416 after a years' service
Customer Service Hybrid - Part Time
Salary: £20,470 Pro-rata; progressing to £21,386 pro-rata after six months; and £24,174 pro-rata after two years.


Within the Greater Anglia Customer Service team we aim to deliver a positive and friendly approach to the key customer-facing roles at information desks, ticket offices, ticket gate barriers, platforms and station and train presentation teams, ensuring that our customers and colleagues are valued and respected.

We engage with customers to enable their needs to be met, providing accurate information and advice in order for customers to make informed decisions regarding our products and services, thereby increasing customer confidence in our colleagues and the organisation.

Our colleagues actively participate and contribute in a team environment; are given the responsibility and ownership to make a difference at a local level; are rewarded for success; follow tried and trusted procedures ensuring the safety of our customers and colleagues remains a priority; whilst developing the skill sets of the teams to deliver best practise and offer continuous improvement in all elements of customer service.
